Contrary to certain media speculation, A1 Grand Prix is pleased to confirm that A1 Team India will be competing in this weekend’s A1 Grand Prix of Nations, Sentul Circuit, Indonesia (10 - 12 February 2006). The car will be driven by Armaan Ebrahim who has already taken part in this afternoon’s first official practice session.

SAHARA, principal of A1 Team India will remain on the Indian car for the foreseeable future.

The teams driver Armaan Ebrahim, the Series’ youngest at 16, finished Friday’s wet practice session with the 13^th quickest time but fell to 20^th and last on the time sheets Saturday.
