A1 Team Netherlands, Robert Doornbos came home a comfortable second, while Danny Watts held off a fierce challenge from Switzerland’s Neel Jani to claim the final podium position for A1 Team Great Britain.

A1 Team Great Britain’s Danny Watts claimed pole position for Sunday’s Feature race in A1GP Chengdu, China posting the fastest lap of the weekend so far, a 1m 15.325s. Adam Carroll put in a great performance to take Ireland’s maiden A1GP pole position for tomorrow morning’s Sprint race.
