Italian Luca Filippi quickest in qualifying takes last poll position of the 2009/2010 GP2 Asia Series season.

My Qi-Meritus.Mahara has been in Shanghai since the October 9-10 tests as their drivers are to race in the GP2 Asia series race which supports the Chinese Grand Prix.
This weekend in Shanghai in China DAMS is beginning its 2008-09 campaign in the Asian GP2 Series Championship. It is a new challenge for the French team, which shone on several occasions in last winter’s title fight. It is taking it up with the same 2 drivers who defended its colours throughout the year in GP2 Asia as well as in GP2 Europe: Kamui Kobayashi and Jerome d’Ambrosio.
My Team Qi-Meritus.Mahara has confirmed it will compete in the second GP2 Asia season with two cars carrying numbers 18 and 19. The team will test a number of drivers on the 8th and 9th October during the GP2 Asia official tests on the Chinese GP track before announcing the 2009 driver lineup.
